Rumor: The linkages among Daberko, Miller, Hagan and Roman

One MtM speculates on connections:

Now that the convention center deal is nearly done at Tower City, someone should look into the conections among Daberko, Hagan, Miller and Roman. Does NCB hold a lot of Forest City paper? Roman and Hagan have been key in delivering the Tower City site to Forest  City. Daberko supposedly recruited Hagan to run for County Commission. Hagan has moved in lock-step with the Miller/Forest City agenda. What did it take to get Hagan to support casinos and then the MedMart/Convention Center at Tower City? Roman spent much of his time supporting the casino vote and now has worked to deliver the Tower City site to Forest City. Is he working for Forest City on the side?
