A source in city government tells us that the decision on the location on the Med Mart and Convention Center has come down to two people: Joe Roman and Fred Nance. They have not been able to make a decision. Sam Miller and Albert Ratner want the Tower City site, but it is too small. The logical location -- on the Mall -- is not happening (despite ten years of study that comes back withh the same conclusion -- build it on the Mall.)
